Présentation du Programme
Le programme Global Supply Chain Management est une formation de haut niveau qui a pour objectif de former des managers capables d’appréhender l’entreprise dans sa globalité. Elle vise le développement des compétences pour optimiser les flux physiques, les flux d’information et les flux financiers tout au long de la Supply Chain, en impliquant les fournisseurs, les transporteurs, les prestataires logistiques et les clients.
Cette formation accorde aussi une importance à la transformation digitale de la Supply Chain en sensibilisant les participants à l’importance du déploiement des technologies telles que les systèmes d’optimisation des opérations logistiques, l’intelligence artificielle, le Big Data, l’internet des objets…dans le but de renforcer la compétitivité de la Supply Chain et d’améliorer l’expérience client.
