Overview
The Global Supply Chain Management program is a high-level training course which aims to train managers capable of understanding the company as a whole. It aims to develop skills to optimize physical flows, information flows and financial flows throughout the Supply Chain, by involving suppliers, transporters, logistics providers and customers.
This training also places importance on the digital transformation of the Supply Chain by raising participants' awareness about the importance of developing technologies such as systems for optimizing logistics operations, artificial intelligence, Big Data, Internet of Things...with the aim of strengthening the competitiveness of the Supply Chain and improving the customer experience.
