Hala Alioua holds a PhD from the University of Caen-Normandie, a Master's degree in Research & Consulting from IAE CAEN, University of Caen-Normandie, a Master's degree in Audit and management control from the University Jean Mill Lyon 3.

Currently, Dr. Alioua is a professor of “Strategic Management” at ESCA School of Management. She speaks at conferences on strategy, agility and change management.

Dr. Alioua began her career as a management controller in a company operating in the automotive sector in Morocco. Interested in innovation and the automotive sector, in 2011 she held the position of project manager within a German automotive supplier operating in France. Thus in 2014, she held the position of teacher in the Franco-American department of IAE CAEN and; In 2015, she held the position of research engineer at the University of Caen-Normandie. She also held positions as a consultant with French companies and she was also able to intervene as a teacher-researcher with Moroccan universities.
