El Mehdi ESSBAA
ESSBAA EL Mehdi is a doctoral researcher in management sciences at the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences, Hassan II University of Casablanca (Morocco).
Currently, Mr ESSBAA is professor and head of the “International Business” sector at the ESCA School of Management and covers the following subjects for Master 1 and 2 International Business – International Business – Cross Cultural Management – and – Global Business Strategy.
His most recent work focused on the determinants of the performance of small and medium-sized Moroccan exporting companies. These aim to identify the variables linked to the company and its environment, which influence the international success of companies. His research has attracted the interest of professional associations and international support organizations.
His time at ASMEX (Moroccan Association of Exporters) allowed Mr ESSBAA a better understanding of the mechanisms of the international sphere, and initiated the interest in subsequently continuing the investigation in this area of research on the question of performance of companies, as well as their internationalization.
Mr ESSBAA has taken part in several events and academic conferences relating to international management and economics, notably at the University of Oxford and other international organizations. Currently, ESSBAA EL Mehdi is developing its research, advice and support work with Moroccan companies on the local and international markets.
