Youssef SAIDA holds a doctorate in management (project management) and a master's degree in project management. Dr. SAIDA focuses his research on project management and industrial management. Since 2009, he has been involved in teaching business and management in different business schools and colleges in Morocco. At the same time, he carried out junior consultant missions for certain SMEs wishing to improve their management methods. Since 2017, he has been a teacher-researcher at ESCA School of Management.
