Azzeddine ALIOUI

Azzeddine ALLIOUI is an associate research professor and director of the Grande Ecole Program at ESCA Ecole de Management. He has a PhD in management sciences from Cadi Ayyad University, Morocco, and is a specialist in financial strategies and succession of family businesses. He gives lectures on finance themes in general, and on family businesses in particular in emerging contexts.

In the past, he was a consultant and trainer in corporate finance and a guest professor in several private and public universities and Business Schools in Morocco.
Doctor Azzeddine ALLIOUI is the author of numerous scientific publications, his research mainly focuses on questions related to finance in general, and more particularly on financial policies, investment policies, performance, succession and sustainability of companies family, as well as their relationship with cultural and socio-psychological specificities.

More recently, Dr Azzeddine ALLIOUI is interested in scientific research on innovation practices and strategies in family businesses and in higher education and scientific research in Morocco by weaving scientific collaborations with authors belonging to other research disciplines, and by being part of an interdisciplinary research logic, thus promoting the impact of research on the managerial sphere.
