Program in brief
The International Business Administration Program is designed to develop learners' managerial and communication skills and prepare them for the business world. It aims to develop students' leadership capabilities and strengthen their entrepreneurial abilities through a well-structured curriculum that incorporates the essential skillets for effective business management at the international level.
Program content
The International Business Administration (IBA) Program is the first of its kind in Morocco and the region, offering an innovative, comprehensive, and real-world learning experience for those with aspirations to work in an international environment after their graduation.
The three-year International Business Administration Program builds on ESCA’s long-standing international reputation. In the IBA Program students learn business through multiple lenses: internationally-focused core courses, the study of a second language, and a mandatory exchange semester at one of ESCA’s leading business school partners around the globe.
By joining ESCA’s International Business Administration Program, you will learn to think globally in multicultural classes in our new state-of-the-art campus in the heart of Casablanca Finance City – the international financial hub of Morocco.
IBA program courses

The Tri-Continental Track
By choosing the Tri-continental Track, you will design your own international trajectory with the help of our International Relations team.
You will get to choose to spend at least two semesters in a partner school on two different continents.
At the end of your Tri-continental Track, you will receive along with your degree, the Tri-continental Track Certificate recognizing your international exposure.

Visant à faire de nous des managers de haut niveau, ESCA EM s'est dotée d'un programme alliant théorie et pratique. Nous avions eu une bonne combinaison entre professeurs académiciens et praticiens du monde professionnel qui occupaient des postes de responsabilité. Cet équilibre de profils dans le corps professoral nous permettait d'avoir une excellente ouverture sur le monde de l'entreprise tout en acquérant des bases théoriques solides. Mon choix s’est fixé sur ESCA Ecole de Management, d’une part, j’ai été motivé par la localisation de l’école étant basée à Casablanca. Et d’autre part, j’ai été impressionné par le programme de formation qui est similaire à celui de ma faculté au Canada. Le Maroc est impressionnant, j’ai pu visiter plusieurs endroits époustouflants, presque chaque week end, nous faisions des sorties avec les amis de la classe. Ainsi, j’ai pu visiter Marrakech, Tanger, Fès…J’ai surfé à Taghazout, à Dakhla. Enfin, j’ai constaté que les marocains sont les plus hospitaliers dans le monde.
