ESCA Strengthens Internationalisation Through Faculty and Staff Mobility
A Dynamic Exchange of Academic Expertise Across Europe
Because academic mobility also involves faculty and staff, the International Office at ESCA is committed to building a community of globally connected scholars and professionals, dedicated to advancing knowledge and sharing best practices across borders.
This academic year recorded some 20 faculty and staff exchanges involving partner institutions across Germany, Austria, Slovakia, France, and Romania.
On the incoming side, ESCA welcomed Dr. Qeis Kamran (ISM Germany), Aiym Amandykova (WU Vienna), Dr. Csápai Ádám and Milos Bikar (University of Bratislava), and Dr. Venkatesh VG and Wissem Ajli (EM Normandie), each enriching ESCA's intellectual environment with fresh academic perspectives and diverse teaching approaches.
On the outgoing side, ESCA faculty members carried their expertise abroad: Dr. Rihab Abba, Dr. Hiba Birgach, and Dr. Salah Koubaa lectured at the University of Bratislava, Dr. Chaimae Hathout at WU Vienna, Dr. Amine Mounir engaged at FABIZ Bucharest, Prof. Imane El Ghazali, Dr. Badr Habba, and Dr. Oumaima Quiddi contributed at EM Normandie and Dr. El Mehdi Essbaa participated at OTH Germany;
Supporting International Excellence Beyond the Classroom
ESCA is equally committed to the international development of its administrative and support staff. This semester, Ms. Zoubida Ababou, Incoming Students Coordinator, and Ms. Farah Choukri, Academic Coordinator, participated in a staff mobility at EM Normandie, engaging in a rich exchange of best practices in academic administration and international relations management.
These exchanges reflect ESCA's holistic approach to internationalisation, one that extends beyond the classroom to encompass the entire institutional community, ensuring that all stakeholders are equipped to support and sustain a world class international environment.
