Following the momentum of the 2025 Victoria Forum Casablanca Round, the 2026 edition will bring together young leaders, business executives, investors, policymakers, and civil-society actors in Casablanca to focus on Sustainable Finance and Impact Investing for Africa. In a context of tightening public budgets, rising climate and social pressures, and a rapidly growing youth population, the forum will use Casablanca’s position as a hub for African growth to explore how capital can be structured, mobilized and governed at scale to serve Africa’s long-term priorities.

About Africa Growth Dialogues

From Casablanca in Morocco, on Africa’s north-western edge, we are rooted in African realities and connected to the wider dynamics of growth across the continent. Africa Growth Dialogues is organized by ESCA Ecole de Management in partnership with the Victoria Forum and brings together young leaders, business executives, investors, policymakers, and community voices in carefully curated, intergenerational settings. Instead of long speeches, the focus is on interactive and working sessions that are action oriented, by identifying concrete commitments and coalitions, are evidence based, by combining lived experience with data and analysis, and are inclusive, by welcoming diverse regions, sectors, and perspectives. The objective is to build shared understanding, decode opportunities and foster sustained multi-stakeholder partnerships that continue beyond the event.

Our purpose

We will convene youth leaders, policymakers, investors, researchers, and practitioners to better align sustainable finance and impact investing with real-economy outcomes in Africa. Africa Growth Dialogues 2026 will focus on mobilizing capital to youth-led, context-grounded initiatives by sharpening the tools and rules of the field, co-designing risk-sharing structures such as blended or guarantee mechanisms and outcome-based instruments, agreeing on a compact and comparable set of real-world impact indicators, and strengthening governance and verification so that accountability travels with capital. Through interactive and working sessions grounded in intergenerational dialogue, participants will identify priority systemic challenges, shape practical solutions, and outline next steps for implementation. The aim is to surface promising ideas and early-stage pipelines, and to generate policy and market guidance that help finance deliver visible improvements in livelihoods, local economies, and environmental well-being.

What to expect

Participants can expect focused dialogues, not speeches, built around real problems and opportunities. They will take part in curated cross-sector engagements such as roundtables, plenaries, and interactive working sessions that surface constraints, test ideas, and refine solutions. Dialogues will :

  • Map structural barriers to mobilizing sustainable finance

  • Identify and shape options for more fit-for-purpose instruments and partnerships

  • Work toward a compact set of indicators and associated governance and market guardrails.

Each engagement will aim to conclude with clear pathways and next steps, so participants leave with a shared understanding, potential partners, and a concrete sense of what can be done after Casablanca.
